At Hurdex, we aim to provide a clear and fair return and refund process. Please review the policy below carefully.

Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order. Return requests submitted after this period may not be approved.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
  • Item must not show signs of used or damage
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Return Eligibility Criteria

Returns will be accepted only if the product meets the eligibility requirements stated above. Hurdex reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team during business hours with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos of the mug (if applicable)

Our team will review the request and provide further instructions.

Return Procedure

Once your return request is approved, you will receive step-by-step instructions on how to return the item. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Label

Customers are responsible for arranging their own return shipping label unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by us.

Return Shipping

  • Customer responsibility: Change of mind or incorrect order placed by the customer
  • Hurdex responsibility: Damaged, defective or incorrect items sent by us

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Hurdex is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Return Method

All returns must be shipped using a secure and trackable shipping method. Hand-delivered or untracked returns are not accepted.

Restocking Fee

At this time, Hurdex does not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Broken or altered items
  • Items returned without original tags or packaging

Exchanges

We accept exchanges. To request an exchange, please contact our support team first. Once the returned item is received and inspected, the replacement item will be shipped. Exchange shipping costs may apply.

Change of Mind

Returns due to a change of mind are accepted within the 30 day return window. Return shipping costs for such returns are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Bank or payment provider processing times may vary.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the stated processing period, please:

  2. Allow additional processing time
