At this time, Hurdex does not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Exchanges

We accept exchanges. To request an exchange, please contact our support team first. Once the returned item is received and inspected, the replacement item will be dispatched. Exchange shipping costs may apply.

Change of Mind

Returns due to a change of mind are accepted within the 30 day return window. Return shipping costs for such returns are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.
