Estimated Delivery Schedule
All orders at Hurdex are processed during our business hours, which are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (excluding public holidays).
Order Cut-off Time:
Orders placed before 5:00 PM on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time or on weekends/holidays are processed on the next business day.
Handling Time:
Orders are prepared and packed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
Transit Time:
Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5–8 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Total Delivery Time:
The total estimated delivery time is 6–10 business days, calculated from the date the order is placed.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
Prices, Taxes & Currency
All product prices on Hurdex are displayed in USD (United States Dollars).
Applicable taxes, if required by law, are calculated and shown clearly at checkout before payment is completed. There are no hidden charges.

At Hurdex, we provide free shipping on all orders. All applicable costs, if any, are clearly displayed at checkout to ensure full transparency.
Shipping Carriers / Shipping Method
We work with reliable shipping carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery of your apparel. The shipping method is selected based on efficiency and destination. Carrier details and tracking information are shared once the order is dispatched.
Product Condition & Responsibility
All products are carefully inspected and packed before shipment to ensure they leave our facility in good condition. Responsibility for the product transfers to the customer once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier. Any issues must be reported promptly after delivery.
Incorrect Address / Address Verification
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid address is provided, delivery delays or returns may occur. Hurdex is not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.
Address Modification
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Address changes can only be made before the order is processed or shipped. Once dispatched, address modifications are not possible.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled only before processing begins.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. In such cases, customers must follow our Return & Refund Policy after delivery.
Tracking Updates
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.
You can also track your order anytime through our Track Your Order page using your order details.
Lost or Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged or if a package is lost during transit, please contact us immediately with your order number and clear photos (if applicable). We will review the case and assist with a replacement or refund according to our policy.
Delays or Exceptions
While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, customs checks, or high seasonal demand. In such cases, we will keep you informed and provide updates as soon as possible.
