Our standard delivery time within the United States is estimated to be between 3 to 6 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 5 PM (Monday to Friday) are processed on the same business day. Orders placed after this cut-off time are processed the following business day. This schedule allows for prompt handling, thorough order verification, and timely dispatch to ensure faster delivery.

Total Delivery Time

Total delivery time includes both processing and shipping. We typically take 1 to 3 business days to carefully prepare your order, followed by 3 to 6 business days for shipping. Therefore, your package is expected to arrive within 4 to 9 business days from the date the order is placed.

Shipping Location

We currently ship only within the United States. At this time, international shipping is unavailable due to logistical and regulatory constraints.

Order Cancellation

To cancel an order, please email support@hurdex.store as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll cancel and refund it promptly. If it has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible—but we’ll be happy to guide you through the return process in accordance with our return policy.

Address Modifications

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at support@hurdex.store within 12 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately, we may not be able to make changes once the order has been processed.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the original shipping fees will not be refunded. If applicable, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping, which may incur an additional shipping charge.
